A private session where we stop talking about the thing and actually move it, together, on screen. You won’t leave with homework. You’ll leave having moved.

Sixty minutes, four moves.
- 0–10 minName the Move. We pick the one thing and decide what “moved” looks like by the end of the hour.
- 10–25 minBring the Receipts. Name the Block. What you already have, and what has really been stopping you.
- 25–45 minMap the Move. Your next three steps, each with a date.
- 45–60 minMake the Move. Live. You share your screen and do it: send the email, buy the domain, publish the post. I’m right there.

What if I’m not sure what my move is?
That’s fine. We’ll start there. If you’d like a head start, take the 2-minute Fear Audit before your session.
Do I need to prepare?
Just answer the short questions when you book, and have whatever you’re working on open on your computer.
Is it private?
Yes. It’s just us. With your OK, the call is transcribed so I can write your Move Map, and the transcript is deleted once it’s sent. Your idea is never shared.
How does booking work?
You check out here, then get an email with a link to my calendar. Pick your hour, answer a few quick questions, and your Google Meet link arrives with the invite.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, once, up to 24 hours before. Cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund. After that, sessions can be rescheduled but not refunded.
Is this coaching?
